世界食品品質評鑒⼤獎（MondeSelection），⾃1961年起，對眾多消費產品的品質進⾏分析、評估，並為其頒發獨⼀無⼆的標籤。每⼀年，超過80名知名專家以完全獨⽴的⽅式品鑒和測試來⾃世界各地的產品，是⼀個極具公正性與權威性的世界級別食品獎項，有「食品諾⾙爾獎」之稱。⾃2019年起，皇玥流⼼⽉餅連續七年勇奪世界食品品質評鑒⼤獎中最⾼級別的「最⾼⾦獎」，是全港⾸個流⼼⽉餅獲此榮。在2023年，皇玥更成為⾸個在⽉餅及餅食系列同時勇奪「最⾼⾦獎」的⾹港餅食品牌。
Monde Selection is a prestigious international food award established in 1961, renowned for its authority and global representation. Annually, over 80 expert judges convene to meticulously e v a l u a t e and t a s t e food products from around the world. Imperial Patisserie Lava Mooncake won the
prestigious "Grand Gold Award" from Monde Selection in 2019, becoming the first mooncake to achieve this honour. In 2023, Imperial Patisserie made history again by being the first Hong Kong pastry brand to receive "Grand Gold Award" for both its mooncakes and pastry series.
